Our goal is to provide you with insights into the privacy practices of the websites you browse, helping you make informed decisions about where you share your information online. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our Plugin.

 

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Plugin.

The Plugin provides an estimated privacy score for websites based on our proprietary algorithms and available data. The Plugin is currently in beta, and we are continually working to improve its accuracy and reliability. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any score generated by the Plugin.

Feedback and Reporting Issues

We welcome feedback on the Plugin and its privacy scores. If you believe a score is inaccurate or misleading, please use the 'report issue' feature within the Plugin. This feature prompts a review of the reported score, although we cannot guarantee any changes or specific outcomes from such a review.

 

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Plugin after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

The Plugin is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Vallllt disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Plugin will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or omissions.

 

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Valllt, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Plugin.

 

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
